Everyone wants to be seen on time; it is simply human nature to not want to be kept waiting. At Commerce Drive Dental it is always our goal to be prompt so that any waiting is minimized. Sometimes, however, our best intentions go astray. It is not unusual to have multiple patients show up every day with severe toothaches, broken teeth, or swollen soft tissue, as well as assorted other dental problems. On average, each doctor probably helps three to four of these patients a day. This simply takes unscheduled time to treat and relieve their discomfort. The single most stressful event the doctors encounter daily is keeping a patient waiting. Believe me when I say that when we are off-schedule, our hygienists, dental assistants, and front desk ladies all let us know in no uncertain terms. Commerce Drive Dental really strives to keep waiting to a minimum, so if you have been kept waiting in the past, please accept my apologies.
