New Year’s Resolutions

January 2014 is here a time for New Year’s Resolutions!!  Put a smile on your dental team’s face by starting to floss daily!  Believe it or not, once you get into the daily flossing habit, it is almost like your teeth do not feel clean without brushing and flossing.  Flossing has so many benefits. Flossing reduces bacteria in your mouth by preventing cavities and gum disease…which means flossing can truly save you money too!!!  Flossing can also help with bad breath and benefit your whole body.  In 2003, the Center for Disease Control found that bacteria found in the mouth are linked to heart disease, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses.

So many good reasons to brush, floss and smile in 2014!  Good luck and Happy New Year!!!
