Dr. Braun grew up in St. Peter, Minnesota. He graduated from Saint Peter High School, where he played hockey, football, and baseball. He attended St. John’s University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in biology. Dr. Braun graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and was nominated by faculty for the Technical Skills scholarship.
Dr. Braun loves dentistry because it allows him to combine his interests in science and working with his hands, while also fulfilling his passion for helping others. Outside of dentistry, Austin enjoys spending time with friends and family at the lake, golfing, snorkeling in the ocean, being outdoors, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams (SKOL!).
His memberships include the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. He is extremely excited to be joining the team at Commerce Drive Dental and to serve the community he calls home.
